Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you received your item(s). The buyer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and it needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are required to notify us of the intent to return your item and the reasons why
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account, credit card (or other original method of payment).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the full amount you paid. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
