All items purchased from KalimbaShop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses that occur while the purchased products are in shipment with the postal carrier.

Delays

We will try our utmost best to dispatch items at the promised date. In the case we do not make the deadline we will inform you in such manner and what next date it will be dispatched. Any delays that occur as a result of shipment or customs are not in our control. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur while the purchased product are in transit including customs.
